The Shadow Catcher

In Marianne Wiggins peculiar and intriguing eighth novel, a character named Marianne Wiggins has finished a novel about the real-life photographer Edward Sheriff Curtis that seeks to depict him as a bad father and expose the artificiality of his photographs of American Indians. Shortly after, she discovers that her father who had supposedly died years ago is now dying in a hospital, and the two men`s lives lead the novel into mysterious and introspective depths of thought.
